  We generally offer 12-month leases, as they provide the strongest protection for property owners and ensure stable tenancy. However, for military personnel, we can evaluate flexible lease options on a case-by-case basis depending on the property and owner’s preferences. While short-term leases are not standard, we do our best to accommodate unique PCS timelines when possible. We also fully honor all protections under the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). If you have specific timing needs, we’re happy to discuss available options.

• How do I provide notice if I receive PCS orders before my lease ends?

  If you receive PCS orders before your lease ends, simply provide us with written notice and a copy of your official orders as soon as possible. This allows us to begin the SCRA-covered termination process and outline your exact move-out timeline. Under the Service members Civil Relief Act, your lease termination will typically take effect 30 days after the next rental due date. We’ll guide you through each step to make the transition smooth and compliant. If you have questions about timing or documentation, our team is always here to help.
