Desiree Baessler, CEO and co-owner of Copper Vine Property Management, brings a wealth of expertise and a passion for excellence to the field of professional property management. Born and raised in Colorado, Desiree has a profound understanding of the local real estate market and the unique needs of property owners. Her in-depth knowledge, coupled with her exceptional interpersonal skills, enables her to build strong relationships with clients and deliver tailored solutions to meet their individual goals.

As a Colorado native who has lived in the Denver Metro area, Brittani has an intimate knowledge of the region and a strong desire to help her clients achieve their real estate goals. She grew up immersed in the world of real estate, learning from her grandfather, a managing broker who ran his own property management company. Brittani later worked in the financial industry, which helped her build a strong ethical foundation in serving her clients’ best interests.

She went on to study at Front Range Community College and the American Dream Real Estate School, where she earned her Real Estate License.

In her free time, Brittani enjoys cheering on her kids at their sporting events (she proudly embraces being a “crazy football mom”), camping, working out, spending time with friends and family, and volunteering at numerous community events.

Carley is the Office Manager of Copper Vine Property Management and trusted Realtor in the vibrant Colorado and Denver Metro Area. Her role as Office Manager is to ensure that our team runs like a well-oiled machine, delivering top-notch services to property owners and tenants alike. She firmly believes that exceptional property management starts with effective communication, attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. From handling administrative tasks to optimizing operational processes, she's here to make sure everything runs smoothly!

Born in the Lone Star State of Texas, she developed a deep appreciation for hospitality and warmth. She's lived and traveled overseas, immersing herself in diverse cultures and backgrounds. With a passion for people and over two decades of experience in Property Management, Amanda is a dedicated and skilled professional known for building strong communities, delivering exceptional living experiences, and maintaining assets for owners. Originally from South Carolina, she has called the Denver metro home for the past 20 years, where she has developed deep roots and an in-depth knowledge of the area.

A Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) through the National Apartment Association Education Institute, Amanda combines extensive operational expertise with a genuine commitment to successfully managing properties. Her southern hospitality shines through in everything she does, creating welcoming environments for residents, teams, and partners alike. 

Outside of work, Amanda is a mom to three adventurous boys and one wonderful bonus son. She loves traveling, hiking, and spending time with her family—especially when they’re skiing and snowboarding together in Colorado’s beautiful mountains.

As the Maintenance Coordinator at Copper Vine Property Management, Richelle serves as the main point of contact for all maintenance-related matters. She handles tenant concerns, coordinates repair schedules, and ensures that each request is addressed promptly and professionally. Her goal is to ensure that all properties remain safe, comfortable, and well cared for—providing a positive experience for both tenants and property owners alike.

Originally from the Philippines, Richelle’s journey with Copper Vine began nearly five years ago. From the start, her eagerness to learn, dedication to excellence, and commitment to teamwork quickly stood out. Supported by a collaborative and encouraging team, she has grown tremendously—both professionally and personally—turning a new opportunity into a rewarding and meaningful career. 

Before joining Copper Vine, Richelle worked in administrative and customer support roles, where she developed strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills that continue to serve her well today. 

Outside of work, Richelle is a proud mother and enjoys spending time with her son. She’s also passionate about running and often participates in local marathons, finding focus and motivation through her time on the trail.
